As part of our business relationships, we process personal data that we receive from our customers in order to enter into and fulfill our contractual obligations in accordance with Article 6 (1) a, b and c of the GDPR.

Data usage

Curious Altitudes does not collect any personal data for analysis or advertising purposes and does not pass on your data to third parties. Information and data that you make available to us for order fulfillment will be used purely for processing the specific task. We expressly draw your attention to the fact that, despite all the technical and organizational measures we have taken, security gaps may occur in the electronic transmission of information, for example by email or via cloud servers. In the context of a contractual relationship with us, your data will be stored for the duration of the cooperation and beyond that for the duration of statutory retention periods and then deleted.

We use cookies on our website, which are small text modules, to make your visit to our website more user-friendly. Cookies contain a randomly generated identifier (session ID). The web host provider processes this data for statistical surveys. These are not publicly accessible. It is not merged with data from other sources. The original log files are stored on the server on which they were created for a maximum of five weeks and then deleted from there. In the course of data backups, they may be stored on backup servers for up to three months longer. The data stored there is used exclusively for the purpose of recovery after a data loss.
