YOUR compass in the zigzag of change.

Those who climb to heights see further. Because perspective shows direction and direction brings clarity.

Curious Altitudes is a practice for narrative leadership, for people and organizations seeking orientation in turbulent times, wanting to reduce complexity and chart their course with a clear story.

Our work is grounded in practical experience, backed by theory, and shaped through real transformation.
It is rooted in systems thinking, informed by psychodynamic training, and tested in the realities of the business world.

Curious Altitudes is for anyone who wants to realign their compass and is a source of inspiration and your companion.

The founder Robin Karakash

Executive Coach (INSEAD). Digital brand strategist. Business angel and catalyst for narrative leadership.

I come from the business world, the world of brands, start-up investments and digital transformation. For two decades, I was an executive on the international stage at Mozilla, ASICS, Coca-Cola, VIACOM. Brands that want to move things and grow. I have launched products, managed global campaigns, built teams, helped shape cultural change and led organizations through upheaval.

In 2025, I was honored with the GTM10 Award as one of the world’s leading marketing thought leaders in software.
And yet, behind all the success, I’ve experienced my share of twists and turns, my zickzacks and moments of change that reshaped my path.

A sudden health and career disruption shook up my life completely and without warning.
What remained wasn’t my title, or my packed calendar but one raw and honest question:
Who am I when everything else falls away? What story still holds? What narrative carries me forward?

All my experiences led to the creation of Curious Altitudes, because change requires good concepts and better narratives to address it: honest, resilient, and sustainable.

How I work

I don't work on the symptom, but on the system.
On the stance, not on the facade, on the architecture that supports everything.

I am not a coach or change consultant in the traditional sense.
I am a linguistic integrator, catalyst, and co-pilot for people and organizations undergoing change.

My approach combines leadership experience, digital transformation and brand work in international companies with systemic-psychodynamic coaching (INSEAD/Tavistock) for true integration of thinking, feeling and acting.

Whether in workshops, individual coaching sessions, in teams, or at the organizational level:
I help identify common threads, develop inner clarity, and turn identity issues into real decisions for the future and growth strategies that are effective thanks to their clarity.

I work honestly, openly, clearly and at eye level. With analytical depth, an entrepreneurial eye and a healthy dose of curiosity.

What drives me:

In a zigzagging world, leadership needs new forms, clear stance, and a mindset that embraces change.

New narratives and language that provide guidance and bring about positive long-term change.

My principles:

Curiosity as a compass.
Perspective as the antidote to panic.
Clarity instead of reactivity.
Resilience as a daily practice.
Methods and narratives that hold.
