YOUR compass in the zigzag of change.

Those who climb to heights see further. Because perspective shows direction and direction brings clarity.

Curious Altitudes is a practice for narrative leadership, for people and organizations seeking orientation in turbulent times, wanting to reduce complexity and chart their course with a clear story.

Our work is grounded in practical experience, backed by theory, and shaped through real transformation.
It is rooted in systems thinking, informed by psychodynamic training, and tested in the realities of the business world.

Curious Altitudes is for anyone who wants to realign their compass and is a source of inspiration and your companion.

The founder Robin Karakash

Executive Coach (INSEAD). Digital brand strategist. Business angel and catalyst for narrative leadership.

I come from the business world, the world of brands, start-up investments and digital transformation. For two decades, I was an executive on the international stage at Mozilla, ASICS, Coca-Cola, VIACOM. Brands that want to move things and grow. I have launched products, managed global campaigns, built teams, helped shape cultural change and led organizations through upheaval.

2025 I was awarded the GTM10 Award as one of the world's leading marketing thought leaders. Then I lost my job, what an opportunity.

My life was completely and unexpectedly shaken up by a health and professional break. What remained was not my title, not my full calendar, but a big, honest question:
Who am I when everything falls away? What is my narrative then? What story will carry me forward?

Curious Altitudes was born from all of my experiences.
Not as a business idea, but as a stance and a lived practice. Because change calls for new concepts and stronger narratives to meet it: with honesty, resilience, and long-term clarity.

How I work

I don't work on the symptom, but on the system.
On the attitude, not the façade. On what really sustains us and what falls short when everything changes.

I’m not a coach or change consultant in the traditional sense.
I am an integrator, a catalyst, and a co-pilot for people and organizations that are undergoing change.

My approach combines leadership experience, digital transformation and brand work in international companies with systemic-psychodynamic coaching (INSEAD/Tavistock) for true integration of thinking, feeling and acting.

Whether in individual coaching, with teams, or at the organizational level.
I help uncover the red thread, build inner clarity, and turn questions of identity into real future decisions and growth strategies that draw their strength from clarity.

I'm interested in who you are when everything falls apart. What remains when the titles and organizations are shaky and what can grow if you are prepared to see things anew.

I work honestly, openly, clearly and at eye level. With analytical depth, an entrepreneurial eye and a healthy dose of curiosity.

What drives me:

In a zigzagging world, leadership needs new forms, clear stance, and a mindset that embraces change.

New narratives that guide us and shape lasting, meaningful change.

My principles:

Curiosity as a compass.
Altitude as an antidote to panic.
Clarity over reactivity.
Resilience as a daily practice.
Methods and narratives that carry.
