Robin Karakash
Founder of Curious Altitudes
Executive coach (INSEAD). Digital brand strategist. Driving force for narrative leadership.
After 20 years at the intersection of brand, digital transformation and leadership, I founded Curious Altitudes to bring a new kind of clarity into change. I held executive roles at Mozilla, ASICS, Coca-Cola and Viacom, always working at the human-system intersection. I was named a GTM10 Award Winner for marketing leadership in 2025.
Coaching was never a pivot – it was always part of how I led teams and shaped change. Today I bring that lens into a professional coaching and consulting practice: combining strategy with system awareness, brand thinking with narrative depth.
INSEAD-certified, internationally experienced, and personally committed to helping others navigate the ZickZacks of real life and leadership.
Curious Altitudes isn’t a program. It’s a practice. One that meets you where you are and helps you move forward.

Curious? My offer
Understanding change isn’t enough. You need to integrate it. To reframe, realign, and lead forward – with clarity and conviction.
Curious offers:
1:1 coaching for leaders and individuals in transition
Team workshops and narrative retreats
Strategic narrative development for organizations
Narrative audits, interviews and culture insight formats
Long-term narrative coaching partnerships
Curious Altitudes brings depth, structure and altitude into complex transformation processes. For leadership that goes beyond efficiency. For organizations that generate growth through resonance. For people with the courage to change things.
We help develop narratives that make strategies meaningful. As a compass in times of disruption. As a bridge between self-perception and system. As the groundwork for clarity, connection and direction.
Where change hits:
On the inside: when roles, identity or direction become blurry
On the outside: when strategy doesn’t land or isn’t enacted
In the in-between: when the old no longer fits and the new hasn’t yet arrived and there is a need for direction

My approach
Narrative coaching. Systemic. Psychodynamic. Personal.
I work with a clear model – grounded in theory, proven in leadership.
Narrative coaching means: we go to the core, not just the surface. We work with the system, not the symptom. We give language to what often remains unspoken – and turn inner clarity into real direction on the outside.
What makes me different? I combine strategic thinking with system-psychodynamic depth and sound brand experience. I bring structure when complexity paralyzes and I don't provide support with tools, but with experience and a holistic model that really works.
Curiosity. Perspective. Altitude.
This is what Curious Altitudes stands for.

Narrative leadership
What carries us through change?
What gives you orientation when everything is in motion on the outside?
What do you need to consciously lead through change?
In a world that is spinning faster and faster, we easily lose the thing that aligns us internally: our own story.
This is exactly where narrative leadership comes in. It invites you to rethink your narrative. Not as a method, but as a stance. As an active process that creates meaning.
Because when artificial intelligence thinks faster than we do, when role identities collapse, when organizations lose their direction – questions emerge that no tool can answer.
What remains when everything falls apart?
Who am I then?
What else do we tell ourselves - about ourselves, our leadership, our organization?
Leadership today needs more than just answers.
It needs stance. It needs narratives that provide orientation and allow growth.
Supported by curiosity that allows questions. Clarity that provides stability. Perspective that makes direction possible.
Narrative leadership means finding support and giving support.
Curious Altitudes accompanies you on your journey. As a co-pilot on your journey

Curious Altitudes here is why!
Who Curios IS for
For all those who are in transition and need more than a strategy on paper.
For managers who want to reassess their role and lead more clearly
For teams who want to understand what moves them in change - and how they become part of the story
For organizations that want to shape change with clarity and really anchor it
For people who don't just want to get on with it, but want to grow consciously
What we do together
Together we bring clarity where complexity paralyzes. We translate change into language, structure and direction.
We rethink your narrative for you, your team and your organization.
Our work creates:
Inner orientation in times of external uncertainty
Strategic effectiveness through narrative clarity
Connection between identity, communication and action
a leadership attitude that is not reactive, but sustainable
What's the point?
When people know what is really at stake, they act differently. Better. More effectively. Together.
Strategies work better because they are understood, supported and credibly communicated.
Roles and responsibilities become clear - this reduces friction, conflicts and standstill.
Teams realign themselves, become connectable and take on responsibility.
Leadership gains impact because it arises from stance , not from reaction.
A common narrative that provides orientation and bundles energy.
The result:
Less internal resistance.
More direction, focus and speed.
More identification.
More impact on results through clarity of thought, feeling and action.
At a turning point and wondering if narrative leadership or coaching could support you or your team? Let’s talk – no strings attached, free of charge and straight to the point.
The conversation can take place online, by phone or in person – whatever works best for you.
This is how it works:
1. we clarify together where you stand and your challenge.
2. we discuss whether the Narrative Coaching approach suits you.
3. if it fits, we determine the next steps and a common format.
If it’s a fit, we’ll develop a tailored orientation approach that truly works.
